Established as a separate division in 2000, Mayfield Site Contractors is a union company that focuses on commercial site development work. We work independently or as a sub-contractor to general construction companies. Our scope of work includes excavation and site development, grading, paving, hardscapes, streetscapes, storm drainage, irrigation and construction of retaining walls.
When working independently, Mayfield Site Contractors hires and manages all sub-contractors required to complete the project. Through our excellent sub-contractor relationships we are able to deliver 100 percent satisfaction to our clients.
